Diary Of A Lonely Job Seeker

I sought the world for the job of my dream but she paid me no attention at all. Each time i see Job openings in the dailies, i swerved into action with a heart full of trust in fate to bring my dreams to pass.

On many job portals, i am a celebrity with lots of my username and passwords littered on their database. My mailbox is their daily junk yard where they bombard me with updates about openings of jobs in the US, India, Ghana, China, Nigeria, Mali, Italy, and lots more. Almost all job portals in the world has me as a regular visitor but what have i gained from them in return? No job at all. I have a first class in Engineering with lots of work experience in the fie;d but it seems no ones sees me physically at all. I have tried to tweak my CV(Resume) to suit the constant upgrades recommended by folks like Indeed, Jobberman and more but all those formats only get me signed up for first phases of job interviews which never brings me joy.

My heart bleeds each time i try to think of how much  i have invested into job hunts for almost a decade. But yet, i ma hopeful that there is a job for me out there or maybe i was born to be an employer so early in my life journey.

In all , i am still grateful for life cause i am not dead yet and will get a job soon. Either by employment or employing others.

Yours Friend,

The Lonely Job Seeker
