3 Shocking Dangers Of Twerking

Twerking may seem to be fun but it has some dangers locked up in it.

Whilst twerking is seen in the 21st century as a great dance a woman can pull for fun and money making at nightclubs, it also has some adverse side effects to the one twerking. Forget the accolades, social media cheers, likes and shares of videos showing some young ladies twerking to different kinds of music worldwide. This dance with the few burning of calories advantages it has, still has some other disadvantage you may want to check out.

That most female celebrities ‘twerk’ doesn’t validate it as a great dance for all to swipe on. See some possible dangers involved in it.

1. Low back pain:

The beat-following dance called ‘twerk’ has the disadvantage of causing serious low back pain over time.  Excessive twerking and repetitive amateur techniques can result in a muscle being overstretched or being torn completely causing body pains such as Muscle pulls or strains which produce pain, spasm and stiffness. Twerking involves shaking the hips up and down in a vigorous bouncing motion and hence stands a high chance of messing with your muscles at the waist region.

2. It can ruin your profile:

Twerking has embarrassed many top female celebrities such as Nicki Minaj and others while they performed on stage. Twerking most times goes wrong and a dress is torn and nakedness revealed to many smartphone-camera ‘on’ welding cheering fans.  See a very good example down here.
