Jobs are usually sensitive and most searched topics in most countries all over the world. Today, we want to view jobs from the women’s angle. Men and women search for similar jobs in 21st century no doubt but most times, the ways via which they indifferently get the jobs are what we are digging at here. Mind you, this is not a beefy post on women anyway but a pointer to social behavioural changes which is fast becoming a trend in the world.
So, here we go with the nasty ways women get jobs in 21st century.
1. Dressing To Seduce The Employer(Skimpy and Fake-Decency):
We all would say; “Ah! This is one of the oldest format of women getting jobs by showing off some private body parts with the aim of enticing the employer to like them and if possible have an affair with them not minding his marital status.
This format of getting jobs in 21st century has equally been upgraded by some women of late. They now dress in what we can tag “fake-decency” to get the employer to believe they deserve the job but after getting it, they show off their actual colour. It is a two way pattern (Skimpy and Fake Decency)
2. Faking Support For Men Development Campaigns On Social Media:
Most women get jobs in 21st century with some kind of sweet support for any men’s development campaign available at any time. Is supporting any of such campaigns bad? of course not but what makes it nasty is doing it out of hypocrisy. The jobs should be found out of passion for it not out of desperation and peddled deceits.
3. Joining The Fake Feminism Mantra:
It is no more news that there are many pained women out there who have turn the true meaning of feminism upside down out there and they’re fast recruiting some young single ladies into their gang while they themselves are happily married. Some young ladies who are seeking for a means of income intentionally join the men bashing exercise mis-named as ‘feminism’ nowadays in a bid to get jobs in companies owned by women in any part of the world.
What are your thoughts about these points as regards ‘nasty ways’ women get jobs in the 21st century?
