The MTO News media has obtained the salaries of Atlanta Housewives Nene, Kandi, Porsha, and Cynthia. This Exclusive information regarding all the salaries for the Atlanta Housewives was provided by a member of the production team. And it may lend some insight on why the Atlanta Housewives show fired Kenya recently.
It has it that Marlo and Eva each were given a peach, and are making $10k per episode. And the Atlanta Housewives show budgeted $240k combined for them.
Moreso, Shamari Devoe, and Tanya Sam and a few other ladies are all vying for peaches this very season. It’s not clear what contracts that go to these ladies will get, but Bravo has budgeted $75k for their salaries in the Atlanta Housewives show.
Kenya, was earlier scheduled to make $75k per episode, or $1.8 million this upcoming season. By firing her, the Atlanta Housewives show just made Bravo almost $2 million.
The Atlanta Housewives show is already by far the most profitable show for Bravo. And it just got more profitable. Here are some more numbers from blogger Tamara Tattles:
As far as the budget goes, Bravo spends about $600K per episode to produce RHOA. That is close to $13M per season. Last season Bravo made a profit of $22M on RHOA. The only show that comes close to that profit margin is RHOBH with $15M. So if you include the profit margin and the loss of “heavy hitter salaries” like Kim’s and what Kenya would’ve made, because her multi-cycle option agreement would’ve expired and required a complete negotiation, RHOA is budget “friendly”. Last season having Nene, Kim Kandi and Kenya all on the same show was tough on the talent budget but that problem is now fixed.
It will also be recalled that Porsha Williams got pregnant lately and intends to make it a surprise to family as her pregnancy is hopefully finding its way into the show via scripts.
